All the real estate service providers that are involved in a transaction should disclose their business affiliation with any other real estate service provider including the cost of that affiliate service.\u00a0<\/p>
For example, a lender uses an appraisal company name \u2018XYZ Appraisals\u2019 for the property appraisal in a transaction.\u00a0<\/p>
