Homespire Mortgage has expanded with a new renovation lending division. David Lewis will be the national renovation manager.
Lewis came with 25 years of retail and wholesale lending experience and for most of his career, he has specialized in renovation lending.
All the branches and teams of Homespire’s renovation lending programs will be developed and grown by Lewis, and he will also focus on creating a structured, easy-to-use platform for the company.
Homespire provides exceptional service and expertise to customers along with offering the best options and mortgage products to meet their evolving needs them.
Todd Sheinin, the chief operating officer of Homespire Mortgage said, the company is very pleased to have David on the team leading the lending division.
Lewis feels that renovation loans are an ideal option for borrowers today.
