The current refinances rates, compared to yesterday’s rates, have gone down even further based on the compiled data. After being constant for eight consecutive days at 3.250%, the 30-year refinance rates have gone down.
- 30-year fixed-rate refinance:
- The rates for 30-year fixed-rate refinance have dropped from 3.250% to 3.125% (down by 0.125%).
- 20-year fixed-rate refinance:
- The rates for 20-year fixed-rate refinance are unchanged at 2.875%.
- 15-year fixed-rate refinance:
- The rates for 15-year fixed-rate refinance are unchanged at 2.500%.
- 10-year fixed-rate refinance:
- The rates for 10-year fixed-rate refinance are unchanged at 2.250%.
