From the state’s Virginia Rent and Mortgage Relief Program, the county government and Northern Virginia Family Service has given  Loudoun county $450,000 for local renters and homeowners.

The financial assistance comes as a one-time payment, with the possibility of future payments based on the availability of funding and the need for additional assistance in the future.
