Real estate services company Stewart has completed the acquisition of BCHH, a agency that provides title insurance and settlement services for residential and commercial properties.
Although the companies did not disclose financial details of the transaction, Stewart CEO Fred Eppinger said the acquisition underscores its commitment to expanding and growing its world-class title services, even under harsh conditions and turbulent markets.
Eppinger also mentioned that they were very happy to welcome BCHH to the Stewart family.
They have a unique specialty in bundled transactions that complements our existing credit services business and their established relationships with investors and lenders make them an ideal partner as they continue to expand their portfolio of service offerings.
By continually expanding their existing capabilities while adding new and differentiated ones, they can better serve their customers and position themselves as the service provider of choice.
BCHH specializes in the management of block portfolios, including MLS transactions, SFR/BTR, multi-state/multi-property block acquisitions, and disposals and securitizations. The company is based out of Pittsburgh and operates in all 50 states.
