The 30-year fixed-mortgage rate average dropped by 1 basis point compared to last week today the rate is 3.02%.

The average rate for a 15-year fixed term decreased to 2 basis points from the same time a week ago today the rate is 2.31%.

A 5/1 adjustable-rate mortgage decreased by 2 basis points over the last week it has an average rate of 3.03%.

The 30-year jumbo mortgage loan rate was 2.80% last week and today is down by 2 basis points at 2.78%

The average 30-year fixed-refinance rate is 2.99%, it went down by 1 basis point since last week. The average rate on a 30-year fixed refinance was higher a month ago, at 3.02%.

The average for a 15-year refinance rate also is down by 1 basis point since last week, today it is running at 2.29%.

The average rate for a 10-year fixed-refinance loan remain unchanged over the last seven days it is still revolving at 2.27%.
