UWM Launches New Tools for Mortgage Brokers During AIME Event

United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) unveiled three applications for private mortgage brokers at the fifth annual AIME Fuse event in Las Vegas.

UWM’s new USClose 3.0 Early Review and Close (TRAC) and Security Management guarantee increased speed, control, and transparency from initial approval to close. 

At the event, provider 3.0 was announced to the public and an improved version of the Pipe platform was launched in 2018. 

The updated portal shows a lender that can cover hybrid closed and virtual closed, which -is always close on all devices. 

Sellers can choose from three closing options on behalf of their borrowers, including private closings, hybrid closings, or virtual closings. 

UWM now says it will take several minutes to go from CTC to the final closing package. UWM is also working to eliminate title law requirements for lenders and reduce ownership and closing costs through TRAC.

This tool allows UWM to view names on closing documents, ensure that names are clear, and facilitate the closing process. 

“Close 3.0 and TRAC will change the way we close,” said Mat Ishbia, President and CEO of UWM. 

“This unique offering provides a fast, affordable and efficient experience for all involved. 

Retailers now have access to an efficient platform that provides step-by-step transparency, smart technology, and better control in the clearing process.

Ishbia also talked about Safe Check, a feature that allows borrowers to check reviews before making a deposit. 

Early approval helps lenders schedule payments with confidence and avoid triggers by using a simple credit check that doesn’t affect your FICO score
