Since last Friday the current mortgage refinances rates are more or less the same, except for the 15-year rates that edged up.

Usually, the mortgage refinances rates are higher than interest rates for purchase mortgages

And throughout this year the refinance rates have remained low, and just like on Friday they have mirrored exactly as the purchase rates.

Meaning homeowners who want to lower their rates and cut interest costs can secure the same savings as those buying homes.

Just like on Friday the current rate for a 30-year fixed-rate refinance is 2.75%.

The current rate for a 20-year fixed-rate refinance is 2.625% also remains the same as on Friday. But if you compare it with the same time last week it is down by0.12%

The current rate for a 15-year fixed-rate refinance is 2.12%. This is up from 2.00% last Friday, but down from 2.25%  same time last week.

The current rate for a 10-year fixed-rate refinance is 2.000%, and it remained the same on Friday as well as the same time last week.

The rates offered to you may vary depending on your personal financial history, your credit scores, the home equity your LTV and DTI ratio, and the location of your property.
